Review Time
terrible experience. It's been 5 months that we moved into this new house and from the very beginning we took pictures and documented everything that needed to be fixed. We still have unfixed things. They dont reply you on time and don't solve any issue
In order to have a viewing, you need to book a time through the website. I arranged a viewing for Monday the 6th April at 4pm, and received a confirmation email for this date and time. On Sunday the 5th of April I received an email saying "remember your appointment tomorrow, Wednesday 8 April at 4pm." This confused me so I logged onto the website to check, and the appointment on the website was for Wednesday 8 April at 10am. By this point I now have 3 conflicting dates and times. On Monday 6 April I received another email stating: "reminder of your appointment today Wednesday 8 April at 4pm". Nobody answered my calls and there was no-one to contact directly to clarify the discrepencies. I was at the location on Monday the 6th at 4pm as originally booked and confirmed but there was nobody there. Very unprofessional, they rely too much on AI it seems

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying our first apartment, and a lot of that is down to Ferran at Housfy. We were understandably nervous but from the very start he was calm, polite and reassuring. He explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and safe.Ferran was always efficient and responsive, but more importantly he was kind. We genuinely felt looked after, which meant a lot to us especially as this was our first home together. It made a big difference to feel we could trust the person guiding us through such an important step. We’re very grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
DO NOT USE HOUSFY. The initial rental process was incredibly inefficient and frustrating - one employee managed the tour appointment, a different one showed the apartment, a different one managed the reservation agreement, a different one managed the rental contract, and yet another different one managed the move in. They do not respond timely to reporting of issues. The landlord was frustrated from an early point so found us on LinkedIn to provide his direct contact information (because Housfy wouldn’t allow us to talk directly), so we started managing as much as possible with him directly. We agreed with the landlord to rent directly with him after the Housfy contract expired because we were both so fed up with Housfy. Upon termination of the management agreement, Housfy did not cancel (or even give us any information about) the mandatory renter’s insurance. I reached out after I saw the charge in my bank and they told me they cancelled it - but then two weeks later, I got another notification about an attempted charge from the insurance company. They can’t even follow through on things they explicitly said they did. Horrible management company and definitely not worth whatever they charge both the landlord and the tenant (because they do charge both)
Viewing booked, half an hour before time slot viewing cancelled, 20 minutes later agent messaged to say they were waiting for me and it was still available, then the next day told it was not, absolute waste of time AVOID!Response untrue, I already contacted you directly, failed to follow your own complaints procedure
We tried to use Housfy in Spain to buy a house, worst ever experience with an "estate agent" although they are not estate agents just customer service reps.1) when viewing the house the agent had no idea where the house was on the urbanization so took 10 minutes to find it. She had ZERO information about the house, could not answer any questions at all. Completely useless.2) We put an offer in with, and Housfy, and passed on the offer to the vendors. But that's the limit of what they can do. They have no information about the property, they don't help with negotiations, they have no experience in selling properties at all. We had to do all the research work ourselves into the property.3) As the buyer WE were given a bill of 60000 euros (2% of the purchase price) to pay. The vendor pays nothing, but the buyer has to pay the fees.Housfy are effectively useless, they are just customer service agents that pass on messages and open the door for you to look at the house. It is not a professional organisation.
