I completed my Level 1-2 English and Maths courses. My tutors were fantastic, and I found the course easy to follow with helpful homework and consistent lessons, which made it convenient to balance with work. It was a perfect experience for me, especially with my tutor who guided me through most of my lessons; I can't express enough how wonderful she has been. Everyone from the service has been exceptional.

Terrible service encountered

The service was terrible! I had to leave the course prematurely and reached out to the team without receiving any help. The course level was unsuitable, and I faced numerous issues. Instead of assistance, I was told to complete the course or pay double the fees, despite having valid reasons to withdraw. I strongly advise reading recent reviews before enrolling. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Proceed with caution.

Mixed experience: great people, poor technology

My course materials were outdated with several broken links, and some practices were not current. The word processing program was also inadequate, making it difficult to format lists properly. Not being able to copy and paste was frustrating. While I appreciate the marking and human interaction, the functional issues were quite disappointing.
