While the product performs as described, the warranty and customer service are poor at best. I purchased the Pad for Deep Healing and at one year of use, the connection at the pad to the controller failed. Received replacement pad. Then at 14 months after replacement pad use, the controller failed. Customer service states that since I'm past the original purchase date warranty, no replacement will be forwarded. In my opinion, the 2 year warranty should begin at the date I received the replacement pad. SO expect the product to last 1 year before warranty, then expect NO customer service after the original warranty.

I've written and sent pictures several times over the lat ten days. Takes forever to get a response, its never the same person and they never help.Finally I hate companies that don't have phone contacts

Functional but with concerns about professionalism

I purchased the medium-sized pad, and it has been effective so far. I previously had a different panel but wanted something more convenient for use while watching TV or gaming. My main reasons for buying it were knee recovery and endometriosis. However, why the 3 stars? The website gives off a scammy vibe and lacks professionalism. They bombard you with emails, have numerous gimmicky "flash sales," and attempt to upsell questionable insurance. When I asked about replacing a damaged item, their response was vague and evasive. This doesn't instill confidence in their products. They should consider improving their site for a more professional appearance.

I bought the gum device in April for my severe gum recession. I’ve had a lot of dental work including gum grafts, implants and crowns. But, I have hereditary gum recession.
I use the device every night for 30 minutes and my gums are 90% healed and healthier. My dentist is blown away by this improvement and refers the device to his patients now.

Reduces my pain for sure!

I’ve been using the Novaalab red light pad, 2 times a day for 20 mins., for several months for pain from an SI joint injury. Obviously red light therapy doesn’t cure anything but I have benefited from reduced pain and I now also use it daily for knee pain.Shipping was quick and I haven’t had any issues with the quality of the pad.
