Doesn't matter if its Huben, AEA, Edgun, RTI, etc...Customer services at wolfiek group doesn't exist. It may exist on paper, in their accounts, or maybe a sign on a physical door somewhere but as a customer it is extremely bad to non-existent. Spending tens of thousands of pounds you'd expect at least an email but 11 days later and I'm still waiting!
I ordered .25 k1 with the carbon fiber stock. what a wonderful feeling gun. It's so much lighter than any other airgun I've handled. Making it perfect for woods walking airgun. My package arrived very quickly and well packed. Doubled boxed and wrapped in black plastic. That kept it safe and dry in it travels from Spain.
My GK1 broke, releasing all the air from the magazine despite following the HUBEN recommendation that the pressure not drop below 12 MPa. It was above 200 MPa. Following the instructions, I disassembled it to repair it, and there was still air inside (the instructions don't warn of this risk), and it fired from the butt of the barrel. Fortunately, it didn't hit me. I sent the GK1 to my supplier for repair 10 days ago and haven't heard anything, despite sending emails asking about it. In short, it didn't work properly, the instructions are incorrect, and the after-sales service is poor.Regards
This company is unresponsive to emails if you ask help with your purchased products. 2 weeks no answer about an intermittent air leak or a deformed spare part.*edit Dec. 28They responded later and helped me fix the issue, I appreciate it even though it took a long while.
