No customer service

No customer service, gun came without instructions for the regulated GK1. I thought i had the wrong size fill port probe size . Figured it out after watching many videos . That the fill port is hidden in the regulated model purchased from your company.I would love to have a conversation with customer service .

I was sold a GK1 that was defective from day one. It doesn’t hold pressure and Huben Airguns hasn’t repaired or replaced it in over two months. The support is so poor that I had to open a dispute with PayPal.

they Stole my gun/DO NOT buy from here

I have contacted support over and over and over, just for me to get the same reply: ‘WE NEED MORE TIME.’ And then later I get a mail that was written in my name to the support team that also never replies. I am tired of this by now, and that is also why I am writing here.If you want a cool Huben GK1, then DO NOT buy from this site. You will always get the same reply, and if you’re as lucky as I am, they might not even reply anymore.My gun jammed 2 months ago, and then I waited 1 month just to get a shipping label. Now I’ve been waiting 1 month for the fix to be done, and now not even support texts me back. I think I got scammed, and I will not be seeing my gun anymore.
