The price of the firearm was good. However, your customer service is the worst I've ever experienced! No one ever answers the phone and I'm still waiting on an email response.
Shipping is also extremely poor! You took my money within seconds of the purchase and then held the firearm hostage for several days before attempting to ship it. When it finally made to the local store you wouldn't release it to them for several more days!
You claim you buy firearms but you actually want people to give you their firearms by making ridiculously low, low offers!
I seriously doubt that I will ever do business with your company again!!
I am surrounded by over a dozen FFL’s in Utah county but only one was on your list with no option to manually add another. This forced me to go to a shop with horrible service and high transfer fees. All my favorite shops say dealing with your FFL verification is a nightmare
i ordered two firearms from your company. the first was a S and W model 17.4. i was advertised as excellent condition. it looked great until i fired it. The casings stuck in the cylinder.
The second firearm i purchased was a new S and W model 19-10. just arrived. The cylinder sticks and is difficult to open. The question now becomes do i return the revolver of send it to S and W for repair.
I was presented with an option to finance with a reasonable rate. After I received the firearm I was notified the finance company was being transferred and my new rate ended up being 110% of the original cost. That’s right more in interest that the value of the firearm. If I could give you a negative 5 starts I would.
"Buyer Beware" This company is happy to take your money, but if you have to return it good luck getting your money back. I had a return on 1-27-26 It's now 2-16-26 I have called the Company today was the 4th time and no money as of yet, spoke with a manager today and was told I would be refunded today.
HAS NOT HAPPENED.
I changed my mind on a gun purchase and called to cancel within an hour and was told it could not be stopped. The gun did not ship until two days later. Now I am stuck with a gun I don't want. Send me a box and I will gladly send it back to you. It has never been fired. This ranks on my number one dissatisfaction in dealing with any company.
Guns.com has clearly posted policies that direct users when making purchases through the website. However on occasion things do happen that require action outside of policy. I was one such customer. I am so proud of Guns.com for doing the right thing at the right time in the right way for the right reasons. Guns.com has earned my trust and customer loyalty.
You guys hit a bullseye with my order. It was easy fast and delivered on time . I will be back to order more soon!. Thank you for all who made this purchase of mine get to my gun shop without any hiccups
Absolutely great selection on firearms and found what I was looking for. Shipping was fast and easy. With that being said, they send out a discount code out for $25 off your first firearm purchase, which did NOT work(tried MULTIPLE times). Contacted customer service and said code was good(but it wasn't) Now they want me to spend at least $300 to receive my $25 off with my code. Not going to happen. I'll spend my money with a company that stands behind their offers to begin with. Good luck with Guns.com coupon codes in future. Just to be clear, obviously nothing can be done to an order that has already been placed and paid for. Haha I was told this a few times. Customer service can be accomplished in many different ways other than just giving someone a discount that they didn't receive to begin with. Thumbs up and good day!
Gun was shipped to the incorrect FFL and it has been a month with no resolution in sight. Everytime I call I get a different person and the same story. Just kicking the can down the road to the next time I call. Never a call back either. No follow up or follow through.
