Scam artists! Been back and forth with these since September. Now refusing to refund my money because I’ve had to renew my back card, saying pretty much it’s fraudulent and will only issue a credit for them! Because I’m really going to purchase another product from these!! Avoid at all costs!!

The 5 star rewiews on here are clearly fake. The website represents its self as being from uk its from china the clothes are nothing like the photos and the quality is beyond a joke. The customer service do respond. If you have been fooled go to your bank to get a charge back if you have not ordered yet avoid them. My other half fell for it and we went to the bank for successful chargeback .
Worst company I have ever ordered anything from. Sent the wrong size belt then unable to get a replacement sent as emails just go round and round and they keep sending the same email over and over.

This company is awful, I’m forever telling my wife to read reviews first and the first time I don’t it backfires.Hudson Grace are nothing less than a con, as for returning and refund, forget it and take the hit, will try contacting the credit card company tomorrow for a refund as the item most certainly is not as advertised 😡😡😡
Terrible experience and poor quality. Avoid this seller. I'm attempting to return an item, but it needs to be sent back to a location that wasn't mentioned on the website. The images of the clothing do not match what I received.

This service is a TOTAL SCAM. Don't be fooled by their branding, website, or any of their claims.
I ordered a shirt and waited an eternity for shipping, only to discover later that it was coming from overseas, despite the company pretending to be located elsewhere. That's incredibly misleading. When the package finally arrived, they sent me an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ITEM — a cheaper, unattractive, low-quality product that resembles nothing like what I originally ordered.
And the price? RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED for what is essentially disposable junk.
Here’s where it gets worse:
They acknowledge THEIR error but then expect ME to cover the return shipping to overseas. That return shipping is costly, slow, and risky. They even imply that the package could get “lost” or “not accepted,” which means you could end up with NO REFUND AND NO PRODUCT.
Instead of resolving the issue, they aggressively push for store credit, as if I’d ever consider purchasing more of their subpar items. That’s not customer service — that’s manipulation.
Upon further investigation, it’s clear this is their business model:
Misleading company location
Cheap products shipped from overseas
Incorrect or low-quality items
Difficult returns
Pressure tactics to avoid refunds
There are MULTITUDES of complaints online echoing the same experience. This is no coincidence.

I purchased some blazers and have reached out multiple times without any response. I filed a complaint with the platform, but there’s still no answer. The support team has been unhelpful, continuously directing me back to the sellers. I attempted to call the provided number but received no answer. This entire company seems fraudulent and should be avoided at all costs!
The clothes are truly well-made and the designs are lovely, but the additional costs can accumulate quickly. If an item doesn't fit, which can be unpredictable, you still have to cover the return shipping. It begins to feel a bit pricey for something you may not end up keeping.
Extremely disappointing experience with the service. I'm left questioning its legitimacy. I ordered jackets at the end of November for a December event, but they never arrived. I followed up multiple times and was consistently told they were on their way. I was even promised a tennis bracelet worth around £53 as an apology, which I accepted. The December event came and went without the jackets. When I requested to cancel the order, I was informed it couldn't be canceled as it was supposedly in transit. Fast forward to the first week of January, and still no jackets. Frustrated, the customer support team finally acknowledged that the order had never been placed or sent! I never had a chance to receive the jackets for the December event. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I didn't receive the tennis bracelet either, as the service claimed they couldn't send it without including it in an order and retracted their promise. Unprofessional, disorganized, and ineffective. After reading others' experiences, everything makes sense now!

To clarify, my refund request is due to defective and inaccurately described items, not simply a change of mind. The shoes received are poorly constructed and do not match the advertised size chart. This issue falls under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, rather than discretionary store policies. According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015: Goods must meet satisfactory quality standards, be fit for their intended purpose, and match their descriptions. Consumers are entitled to a full refund for faulty or misrepresented goods. While a seller may request the return of items, they must cover reasonable return shipping costs for defective products. Expecting a UK consumer to pay high international shipping fees to China is unreasonable. The provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 that you mentioned regarding customer-paid returns apply only to change-of-mind situations, not to faulty or misrepresented items, and thus do not apply here. A replacement is not a valid solution when a consumer has chosen to reject faulty goods. This is a legal right that cannot be replaced with store credit or a substitute unless agreed to by the consumer. I am requesting confirmation within 7 days of one of the following lawful resolutions: A full refund without requiring return due to high international return costs, or the provision of a prepaid return method with appropriate customs documentation at your expense, followed by a full refund. If this issue cannot be resolved quickly, I will escalate the matter through my payment provider, who will review compliance with UK consumer law. I hope we can settle this without further escalation.
