Terrible quality and frustrating return policy

The clothing quality is so low that you wouldn't even think of donating it. The return policy is frustrating; they offered an exchange or a 30% refund while insisting I keep the item. I was under the impression I was purchasing from a UK-based company, but they are actually overseas.

Disappointing quality and return issues

Poorly made product

While the jumper itself is nice, I have never received such a poorly constructed item. All the stitching is coming undone, and returning a £30 jumper would cost £25. This should not be allowed.

Not what I expected

The jumper I received was completely different from what was advertised on social media. The neckline was altered and it was too small for a size 12/14. It didn't resemble the model's version at all. I regret not reading the reviews first, thinking it was local. This feels like either a scam or misleading advertising 😡.

Avoid this company

I saw a nice coat on social media and ordered it before researching the company. It took a long time to arrive and was nothing like the advertisement. The material was stiff and the size was off. I contacted the company and they said the 14-day return policy had expired, so no refund. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
