Don't buy from these charlatans. They are called Hughes - Manchester and their office is in Holland. BUT their warehouse is in China and you are responsible for the return cost to China which they estimate is a minimum of £25! Also the quality was poor. You have been warned. It's a con.
Absolutely disgraceful company. False advertising, they are not UK based and no way will you ever receive a Full refund.I spend £85 and received goods not worth £10, completely unwearable.Firstly offer 20% then30% then 50% refund and keep the goods. Goods are unwearable.When they eventually agreed to 100% refund it was going to cost around £70 to send back to China due to all the stipulations they put in place.Should not be allowed to trade in the UK when the advertisement is so false. Considering trading standards I am so angry
I need to return 3 jumpers (2 of which I didn’t order!). All are not as advertised, are very poor quality. Does anyone have a return address for this company as no confirmation email or delivery note included with the goods and I now can’t seem to find them on Facebook?
