I watched a few reviews of Humsienk products and they definitely pay attention to quality! I trust Will Prowess’s reviews and others who have reviewed Humsienk products and have exceeded my expectations and standards. I can’t wait to purchase another one of their 48 volt rack batteries! Hopefully at a great price like the first one I bought! Hint Hint lol!
Recently purchased 12v 100ah battery from humsienk , it was delivered without problem. While waiting for delivery was doing research on what needed to be done when it arrived and asked question at company website. Arrow was the person that responded with battery should be charged with a charger that matched battery . I was thinking could use a regular battery charger for lead/ acid battery, so decided to purchase charger from humsienk, also purchased shipping protection with both products . I was replacing a lead/acid battery so I needed battery to use when I was going to bring home a trailer I had purchased. While keeping track of battery charger tracking the charger was returned to origin. Contacted humsienk and shipping protection kicked in, charger arrived in time for use and kept me on schedule . Overall everything functioned GREAT !!! THANK YOU HUMSIENK for taking care of me
