Absurd to send shoes that are too small…

Absurd to send shoes that are too small and ask customers to pay 38€ of shipping because they only accept returns in France even if they ship to other countries! Don't buy from i-run.

Best price for the shoes I was looking for. Fast delivery with good communication about the delivery status (which is mainly due to the delivery service, not I-run...). Got the products as ordered.

Return costs are exhorbitant

I bought a pair of trail running shoes, which were too small and I had to return. The shipping cost of returning them was €35 euros, which is outrageous!!!!

Fast and reliable

I found a shoe that I liked at their website. I read from trust pilot that they had very mixed feedback and I first decided not at buy the shoe. I then found out that I-run have a physical shop close to where I live and I decided to give their web shop a try using a insured credit card. The experience was good. Shoes arrived this morning as they informed me. The shoes re correct, new and nothing to complain about.

This company never delivered my order

This company never delivered my order. I am now making everything to be reimbursed and nothing. They asked me for personal data, without access to GDPR rules. I think this is a total scam, and the costumer service is terrible. Not recommend!!!

Worst online service ever seen

Order placed, for a value exceeding a 1000€, it gets cancelled without any notice or explanation or any legitimate reason.It leaves me with the international payment fees, reimbursement fees and back-and-forth conversion rate charges... all nearing 70$ without an item delivered.The worst online service ever seen.
