I enrolled in this program with high expectations and a genuine desire to deepen my knowledge of the fashion business. I was not looking for an easy experience or constant praise, I was looking for meaningful insight, practical guidance, and mentorship from people with deep industry knowledge. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.

First, the course is not self-paced. Students are required to complete the program within a designated timeframe, and if you fall behind or need additional support, there is very little flexibility. If you are unable to complete the material within that window, you lose access to the course, which was disappointing given the significant financial investment.

Throughout the program, I often felt that support for students was limited. When challenges arose or clarification was needed, there was little proactive outreach or guidance. It often felt as though if you were able to keep up, that was fine, but if you struggled, there was minimal assistance provided.

Another challenge was the limited scope of tools and platforms covered. The curriculum appears to focus heavily on Shopify, which is certainly a strong platform, but it is only one of many options available to fashion brands. If your business operates outside of those specific tools or approaches, it can be difficult for the instructors to provide relevant guidance.

I also felt that parts of the program relied heavily on experimentation with advertising and data collection through student projects. At times, it felt less like a structured educational program and more like students were contributing to testing strategies and building data models.

Overall, I entered the program excited to learn and expand my business knowledge, but I often found myself spending more time explaining or defending how my company operates rather than receiving new insights.

Given the cost of the program and the level of support provided, I would not recommend it to others seeking structured mentorship and comprehensive fashion industry expertise.

this month I’m finishing the course and…

this month I’m finishing the course and I just want to say thank you to the whole I Am Fashion Global team for this amazing opportunity to learn and be part of such a creative community. For me, it’s truly been a before and after.I feel much more confident and I really believe in my project now. I’ve learned how to set up automations and how to run Meta ads (I still have a lot to learn!), but even so, I’ve already managed to triple my sales. I’ve also learned not to be scared of investing—trusting that sales will come, and understanding that you need to invest, test, test again, find what works, and then keep going.I still need to get better at my Instagram content and stop being lazy about posting every day 😅, but I’m working on it. I’m continuing with BB10X, so I’m not leaving it. I truly recommend it

Not what I was promised

The program turned out very different from what I was sold. The sales rep told me about a very active community, about a team who would follow up and ask if you are keeping up with the tasks or if you need extra help. In reality, there isn't a community there. Coaches are VERY slow to answer questions or review tasks - they take at least two weeks.The information is good, but the process is not what I was promised.Update after the response to my review.Please, don’t twist my words. I did not say that I love the program. In fact, I basically said that I was disappointed with the dishonesty of the selling team and with the huge gap between the expectations you set at the selling stage and what you actually deliver.I said that the information was good. But good information doesn’t make a good educational program. What would make it good would be the coaches and their genuine commitment to deliver results. This is not the case here.Another update:After my last update to the review, I was contacted by the founder of the company, who was very irritated by the fact that I posted my review online (even though they had previously approached me to post my "honest" opinion).She lectured me for going public and for not having given them the chance to do better by first approaching them (which was not true. I had told the person who asked me for a review that I was hesitating to write one, because I didn't like the program, and so I wanted to take some time and make sure of this first. She ignored my comment back then, never asked why I wasn't happy). Here is a glimpse of her message:"In fact when you’re not happy with the support, the best and first thing is to write to us. I don’t see any interest to say publicaly something your can share first with the support team. Clothilde reached out to you , because we need help to improve our reviews score . And we have many people who love and support the program, but don’t leave the review. But sharing something where you are not happy is not helpful. The program brings value when both parties participate. If you re not happy , share with us first and then we can work on it, leave us some time to improve. it’s human first off all. I believe when you’re not happy , first of all say it loud to the team."When the founder approached me with her reproach, I told her I was disappointed by this approach and by the fact that she didn't even want to talk about the substance of my review, but just about the fact that I made it public. So I gave her a list of what I thought was wrong with their program: overpromising when selling and not having conducted a proper discovery, very slow responses from coaches, inaplicability of their methods to my brand.Had they done the proper discovery work at the selling stage, they would have known that most of what they are teaching simply doesn't apply to my niche.The founder's answer:"Hello Corina, I absolutely love feedback ! I believe it’s the great way to learn and improve ourselves. My point was I would love to have your feedback before you post a review, so I have a chance to understand your situation and work on the points you mentionned. I’m not defensive, no I try to offense you. I m here to discuss and see how I can help. I’m moving between houses , and don’t have time to look at each point you mention to reply in details. Please give me some time so I can come back to you with a detailed plan and solutions. I will also talk to Barbara to understand what she promised, so I can clearly understand the gap. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Have a good day!"That was on April 12th 2025. Today is June 11th 2025, I never heard back from her.Conclusion: it is a poor service provided by an irresponsible team, who is not ready to take action and respond to feedback constructively.Now I am even more disappointed than I was in the beginning.

This course was absolutely not what…

This course was absolutely not what they described to me in the sales pitch. It was completely unsuitable to my needs and yet they pushed for a sale and a deposit on the spot. When I realised the product was not at all suitable to me I wrote to them asking to cancel almost straight away. Unbeknown to me they have to continued taken unauthorised payments from my account.

Excellent and effective if you do the work

This program is comprehensive, thorough, and excellent if you stick with it. The coaches all have an impressive depth of knowledge backed up actual experience. With it I grew my brand sales 12 fold within the 12 months of the program and can see a clear path to continued growth. In fact, I have just signed up for continued access because there is always more to learn and improve, and the support structure is helpful. I think the negative reviews reflect cultural differences in expectations of coaching style and self motivation more than anything. Couches are straight forward and direct. It took time to get used to the program to get the most value from it.
