Items are slow to ship out once you place an order (a few weeks) but since these aren't items I need, but simply want, I don't mind. Once they do ship, my packages have arrived fast and safely. In my last order, I was missing two sets of false nails and one of the earrings was broken. They were super quick to get back to me and have the items replaced. So in all I'm super happy with ordering with them and will continue to do so!
ordered from this company in mid January and I still have not received my purchased item. they gave me the tracker site but all it says is its waiting to be shipped out...from where I don"t know! they're also unable to tell me the exact location and have refused to give me my refund. gave them a 1 star since they have been answering my emails.
I received my product after I ordered sometime in late January. It took me about 6 weeks to get my item. There was a slight delay due to supply reasons, but when I reached out to ask about it, the customer service team was excellent! They are so polite, attentive, and strive to do better with each interaction. I won’t lie, the shipping seemed a little iffy to me at first, but their customer service is so stellar that it made me a huge fan of this company. Especially considering that they do business from over seas, their service and quality is great. I only ordered one phone case, but it is exactly like the picture I saw online. The design is beautifulllllll, and the packaging was also so adorable! All in all, for an oversea company that sells random and cute things online, the quality, honest prices, and customer experience makes this an amazing business I want to continue to support! This is my first time ordering from Ibentoy and I must say, I am a happy customer. I bought two items: contact lenses and lip brush. On 11th of February is when I placed my order and it arrived today (5th of March) I was glad when I was notified that my order has been delivered. When I opened my package, it was very well sealed; no damage at all! Packaging was very cute as well 🥺🫶🏼 (I didn’t want rip the sticker cz I wanted to keep it but it got ripped while I was opening the package, sadly) I only ordered two items but inside the package contained 4 stuff! Two of which was my order, one of them was a cute turtle sticky notes (that I got for free 🤪), and last but definitely not the least was the letter 🥹💗 it was the cutest most heartfelt letter I’ve read and I want to say THANK YOU all for making me feel special and the time and effort you guys put into my orders <3 In terms of customer service, I would rate them 8/10 because from placing an order, inputting your details and stuff, to tracking your parcel and most especially contacting them is a very smooth process. Makes us, customers, feel that we are fully assured of their support 😌The remaining 2 lacking points are:1. Order number or logistics number - there was some issues in terms of tracking my order cz there were two things coming up so I was quite confused, but with the help of the team, I was able to manage and track my parcel 📦 2. Time difference - if you have any concerns about your order, like what happened to me and you want to contact them, it takes awhile to get to them (if you’re from a different and you placed an order, they won’t reply as quick as 123,it will take maybe many hours) but the good thing about this as well is that once you’ve contacted or emailed them, they will 100% respond to you whenever they can 🫶🏼Tho there was minor delays and I was already panicking (cz I’ve been waiting for quite a while lol) still I’m glad cz the stuff I ordered came early as I intended it to be. If you guys are reading this, I recommend you guys order some stuff form ibentoy! 🎀💗 i hope this helped and trust me on this one, they won’t disappoint you.
