Review Time
I've been ordering from IBentoy for a year now, and I believe I've done 5 orders total. I am a makeup enthusiast and find a great sampling of current Eastern makeup products and trends here. The last time I ordered, I entered the wrong credentials and contacted customer service. Their replies were rapid; we often sent and received emails in real-time. The amazing customer service I always get here is why I thought I might as well leave a review for their hard work. Anyway, my package came in 19 days (you do have to allow these longer times, given the shipping location), and nothing was broken. Everything was packed with care, and everything was adorable. I got three lip-glosses and a small eyeshadow palette. I will continue shopping with them for the foreseeable future, and I do recommend them.

Delivery tracking is great, you can keep up to date with where your parcel is and the customer service is amazing too. Just send them an email and they're respond quickly with the help you need.
