Review Time
Very poor customer service from the live agent in Messenger. I placed an order on Feb 8 but never received any order confirmation email. I checked on all of my email accounts plus the spam folder just in case I remembered the wrong email account but still found nothing. So I reached out to their customer service via Messenger and their responses were dry and basically saying it’s my fault. Even though it could be that there was a storage issue with my Gmail account, I believe I can still expect better customer service from an international company. Your company will benefit from better training for your agents. I will not shop here again.
I bought the toast phone case and fried egg pop-it. My package arrived much quicker than I expected. Both are adorable and made well. The egg doesn’t really stick well to the texture on the toast case, but when I told customer service this, they gave me a partial refund. I highly recommend this company!! Great customer service and quality products!
I place a order on January 30 i got my confirmation # real quick i keep track of the order in the website and it said that the package was delivered it never did i email them they respond that my order was being pack that as soon they shipped it i will get a confirmation # i i was confused I haven’t received anything yet i will give you guys one more week if not i will report it as fraud either i get my money back or i get my product i was so excited from my package and never got it 😡

Began to worry when I didn't get a shipping confirmation email after about a week. Customer service was quick to respond after I reached out to them and shortly after I finally got the shipping notification. Altogether it took about 6 weeks to get here but was very happy with the items I purchased. I order frequently from Korea & China so I anticipated a long delivery time because of where it shipped from - & it's small business. Would order again & probably will tbh.
