I entered this course expecting a traditional lecture format but was pleasantly surprised. The instructor has an incredible talent for making material engaging and memorable. His personal stories and humor made complex topics easier to grasp. I’ve learned so much, and I feel more confident as a home inspector because of this class.
The program was far more than I anticipated. It wasn’t just about sitting in lectures; the instructor treated us like family and made learning about home inspections engaging. I feel confident entering this field and grateful for the supportive community created by the program.
The online classes were very informative. After completing the online portion, I felt well-prepared, and the in-person instruction brought everything together beautifully. The focus on integrity during inspections was inspiring and gave me the confidence to pursue a rewarding career.
I took the ICA class in my state. The materials used were inconsistent and contained errors. For exam prep, multiple versions of quizzes and tests with errors and inconsistencies. Some correct answers directly conflicted with the slides. The instructors are forced to use the ICA materials and not change them. Instead of studying, I'm trying to track down what the right answers are.
I can’t imagine taking the class with any other instructors outside of Floyd and Sandra! This was a class I’ll truly never forget and that will impact me every day of my career! This class wasn’t just about learning the information needed for the test, yet about gaining WISDOM needed for your career!Floyd is an instructor, motivational speaker, sensei, and guru all in one lol! The way he delivers his wealth of knowledge is one in which helps make the information stick! Regardless of your learning style, your age, or your past experiences! Our class was small but I’m grateful for Floyd and Sandra for still hosting us and pushing us through! There were guys in our class from age 19 to late 40s! Guys in the industry and guys new to it. There were even those who had taken other classes with other companies and previously failed the test. The consensus was the same, this was the best possible class any of us could’ve been in! And we left ready, amped, and prepared for the test and the next phase of our careers.If you’re looking for instructors who not only know the business, know their information, know the industry, and know how to teach and give the information in a way that truly prepares you for the test and your career…look no further! Floyd and Sandra are the best in the biz!
I was hesitant to register for the course due to the fact the classes would last 5 hours per night. I would’ve definitely regretted it if I didn’t do it. Instructor Dave made it go so well and quick that he makes it feel back high school again. Thanks Dave
