Flawless and rapid conversion of standard bitrate .mp3 files to 320 kbps. I found myself needing to convert low-res .mp3s to a higher bitrate. I searched Google for references for 320 conversion programs, and HitPaw came up in multiple "best of" lists. Signing up was easy, and there are at least 3 subsciption plans available and I found the pricing to be fair. I have not yet used the tool to convert .mov files, but based upon the easy process for converting .mp3s, I would expect the same performance. Highly recommended.

Overall, it is software that has excellent price-performance and is willing to reuse.

I have been using HitPaw software for the past three years. I believe the reason I can continue using it without any problems is because of their comprehensive support system. When I was unable to log in before, I contacted the support center and they helped me resolve the issue. Since it is a different language from my own, it took a bit of courage, but they provided courteous assistance and I was able to solve the problem. HitPaw has a full range of multimedia software, so I am considering purchasing Edimakor (Video Editor) next.

normalI downloaded and purchased it only to find out, i had to pay extra, to not wait for 14 hours of rendering of 1 video! 1 video, I feel so cheated and let down - what a scam. Nowhere on the site does it mention you have to pay extra to download the videos in a nomral time frame
Offering a free download for trial, but hiding all functionality behind a purchase, waste of my time and bandwidth.P.S. When you uninstalled they offer you a free 7 day trial. Give me that next time on installation, not when I decided to not waste my time with it.
