I used ID Photo Pro to resize a photo for an online procedure. The service itself was fast and worked fine, and I paid €2.90 for the one-time photo.However, the next day I discovered an additional €39.90 subscription charge that I never intended to sign up for. I was very careful to avoid any subscriptions, but it seems their process makes it easy to miss something.This type of charging practice is unfortunately very common among shady services, and it’s extremely disappointing to experience. I’ve contacted customer support requesting an immediate refund and cancellation of the unwanted subscription.I hope they resolve this quickly, but for now, I would advise others to be very cautious.
