Little Bull LLC

Little Bull LLC has been partnered with Ideal Strategic Partners (ISP) for the past three years. The level of expertise, professionalism and knowledge has been unmatched. They are truly partners is every aspect of our fledgling company.ISP's goal is to help new entrepreneurs realize their dreams, be able to operate and maintain a viable company and see their product flourish. What is the biggest obstacle for new entrepreneurs and company's? Start up costs and investment capital. Without ISP, we would never have been able to even get started, let alone be where we are today. Our first two years was learning everything about business operations from A to Z. ISP provided 70% of our startup investment capital, we provided the other 30%. We retain 100% ownership of the company, the intellectual property, patent and control. ISP's only return from us, is 30% partnership in our company and profit return. With their vast business knowledge and networking abilities, they have provided us with many entities to establish our business and product. They aided the concept design through blueprinting, patenting and manufacturing. They've provide legal advice, bookkeeping and tax service set up. With their help, we've gotten our social media, website and advertising campaign running at full speed. They have literally been by our side from the beginning and we've learned more about business operations, marketing and product movement then we have ever known. They are truly a partner and have always been there if we've had questions or needed help.ISP has a good group of folks, high expectations and a good work ethic. We are truly blessed to have them in our corner.Glenn & TrishLittle Bull LLC

My wife and I cannot express enough how grateful we are to be partners with Ideal Strategic Partners (ISP). From the very first interaction, it was clear that ISP is not just another company—they are true partners who care deeply about their clients' success. The level of professionalism, expertise, and personalized attention we’ve received has been outstanding. ISP took the time to understand our unique goals and tailored their approach to ensure that we were on the right path to achieving them. Their team is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive, always going above and beyond to ensure that we have the resources and insights we need. What stands out the most is the genuine care they show in every interaction. Whether it’s strategic advice, thoughtful recommendations, or just checking in to see how we’re doing, we always feel valued and heard. We truly consider ISP a vital part of our success and growth, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for a dedicated, trustworthy, and results-driven partner, Ideal Strategic Partners is the team you want by your side.

Going above and beyond...

Scott and John at ISP have been pleasures to work with. They have years of experience, and I have learned a tremendous amount after partnering with them. In addition to their wealth of knowledge, the extra exposure they have provided our business really went above and beyond what I was expecting from them when we initially partnered. I strongly recommend working with this great team that has a number of success stories helping entrepreneurs beyond just me.

No follow through and poor communication

Absolutely thought this was a great company AT FIRST. Unfortunately that was not the case, I had gone through the steps to get my idea on track for creation, I have the funding literally have everything done on my end and I was tossed around to different people, never returned phone calls or emails extremely bad follow through ISP just left me hanging on a huge deal with all the backing, I was told this was because mr Moffatt had heart surgery but even afterwards the failure of communication was extreme. I think if you are investing a large sum of money into something with a "partner" they would have been more professional. I am HIGHLY disappointed.

Don't expect the positive reviews you see here

This is about advice to excited people about their dream to bring a product idea to market. As Scott will tell you, there is no shortage of companies looking to take advantage of 'dreamers'. So, just make sure you don't get taken advantage of, per his advice, right? So with ISP, ask for actual verification of any of the positive reviews you see here or the BBB - People are nice and are very willing to help you and ISP if they are willing to post reviews, so there is no excuse not to get verification of reviews being real, right? Try to get a few as many of them are around several years so it shouldn't be hard to provide those companies that are doing super well because of their experience, right? The main founder (Scott) has "experience" mentoring startups and has been in this business since 2018 (a couple of years with another company) - ask for evidence of any verifiable kinds of success that they will pitch you that they are looking for to take you on as a 'client partner' - The pitch is that they are doing diligence on you and your idea and they are only looking to partner with ideas and people with huge potential and they know it when they see it based on their vast experience - so they must have huge successes to point to, to verify, right? They are experts with years of experience and a gigantic team they will claim. Get some verification of who they are and what they have done. Common sense.Their pitch is that you must come up with a huge chunk of money - you can expect well over 6 figures - to 'invest' in your business, and they don't make money unless you make money - this is their claim. Sounds good right? That is the pitch. They claim to 'pay for professional services that they save 80% on, that you can't do for yourself,' So, they are saving you piles of money if you try to do this yourself. OK, sounds good, right? In the pitch, they tell you that you are in control of all decisions - sounds good right? So ask them if you can control this huge chunk of money they ask for as far as verifying where it goes, for those services you are getting for 80% less than you can get on your own, and if you can shop around for the same services on your own to validate the 80% savings they claim because of their relationships that are supposedly saving you money - you know, because you are a partner - they should have no issue with this, right? This is just verifying what they are saying is true. Ask them if you can control the checkbook where this 'investment in yourself and your company' is going. If you are not allowed to verify where your investment 'in yourself and your company' is going, even though you are supposed to be partners with them, and you are pitched that you make all of the ultimate decisions, you should get to OK where your money goes, right? If they are your partner and they don't make money if you don't make money (this is their pitch to you), shouldn't you have a say in where your money is going if they are asking this huge investment of your money into your business? If you are 'partners', why are you being asked to give them this huge chunk of money and then asked to just 'trust the process' as far as what they are doing with it? Is this a partner? After all, they are taking a significant ownership position in your company on top of everything else! Transparency SHOULD be the order of the day, right? Would you expect a partner in your company to take your personal money (well over 6 figures) and ask you to 'trust' them with no accountability? Of course not.To summarize, ask them to provide any evidence of any successes they have ever had that come anywhere close to the kind of success they 'envision for you after much due diligence by our many experts in our committee!' That just makes good sense, right? When you don't get that, and you are still interested for some reason, after they convince you of the huge 'investment in yourself and your company' is something that just goes to them and to 'trust the process', even though they say 'you are in control of all decisions ultimately', make sure they make sense of that disconnect when it comes to your money where you are not in control of that decision in particular... You know, what they are doing with your money!Remember, their pitch is that they don't make any money unless you make money and they are your 'partner'. That is what they claim.Simply hold them to that pitch. All of this is simply due diligence folks. Hold them to the words they pitch you by asking reasonable and intelligent questions and if they really feel you are a multi-million dollar opportunity for them, then they will be happy to be your 'actual true partner', and allow you to truly make all ultimate decisions as they claim, including where your 'investment in you and your business' dollars go.Good luck to you

Partnership? My review, and some advice

I would like to say I agree with what Nick stated.I originally wrote a review that was flagged for review by ISP. It simply verified that my experience was the same as Nick's, but I want to help prospective inventors, so I will just say my experience was the same and leave it at that; but also offer advice. Here we go.1. If a company claims they can save you 80% on services like the patent process, design and engineering, production, etc, make sure you verify this claim. If it is a significant claim, do your due diligence on this. An integrity company should be able to prove its position very easily on this claim.2. If a company claims to have significant expertise in analyzing the viability of the potential of your product in the marketplace worth millions of potential sales as well as that they will be instrumental in making that happen, ask for verified evidence they have done so in the past in any capacity, particularly if that company is asking for a large amount of money from you and a chunk of your company. If they have, they should be very happy to share this with you. 3. If a company wants to partner with you and tells you that you will be the ultimate decision-maker on everything, see if that means financially also. Obviously, you will be spending money to bring your product to market. If they are asking for substantial money that they say will go to services to bring your product to market, do you get to be involved in deciding who those parties are, and do you control the money (which is your money) to pay these parties? If not, then talk about that disconnect of you being the ultimate decision-maker if that is the case.4. When you get a product made and ready for market, if you were asked to put significant dollars up for this 'partnership,' ask specifically how much of that $$ will be allocated to marketing and what that marketing will consist of. For instance, paid ads are very different than simple SEO. It is extremely important to understand the details of this because marketing is absolutely crucial to the success of any product if you are going direct to market and not via distributors. Don't have any misunderstandings here.5. It is one thing to do business with a company offering specific services to help you bring something to market as far as consulting fees, where that all lines out well. It is very different for a company claiming to be your partner who wants a significant amount of money from you and a significant portion of your company! This is a very significant decision.I hope this general advice helps you. I wish it had been provided to me before I made my decision so I am simply trying to help people with guidance.Good luck!P.S. 9/17/24 I have been alerted by the review that was responded to. I hope the owner has updated how they do business for the benefit of future clients. I stand by my review and experience entirely and maybe it has done some good. Further, the owner suggests I am not a verified reviewer, which is interesting because all but one review here is not verified and the one with four reviews only has 4 reviews in a 30-day time span and then is no longer. I thought that was an interesting point for the owner to make when all the reviews seem exactly like mine, but the owner feels that makes them invalid. That logic is interesting. Again, good luck inventors!

Ideal Strategic Partners has been amazing to work with.

My husband and I have had an idea for quite some time, and didn't know where to go or what to do next. My husband is pretty crafty, so he made a prototype that we were going to patent and then make them at home to sell online. After speaking with ISP, we are so glad we did not go that route! We reached out to several companies to help, but none of them were as thorough and knowledgable as Ideal Strategic Partners. They took the time to educate us on the process of getting to market, and really opened our eyes to all that goes into making a successful product. Scott and his team helped us through the selective process and we are so thankful they chose us to be partners. We were really worried we would not have what it takes to build a successful company, but the IdeaPath stages and mentoring helped us grow as business owners. They continue to be the best decision we have made in this journey. We would not be where we are today without them.

Professional, Knowledgeable & Genuinely Interested In Your Success.

After coming up with a product idea and prototype, my partner and I did a lot of research to figure out where to start on this new journey. It was overwhelming and we spoke to a wide range of possibilities of where to start and which route would be the best fit for us. We wanted to make sure we were working with people who we could trust and that understood our product and had the same passion for it and not just someone who only saw dollar signs. We found ISP and spoke with Scott Moffat and instantly felt that he was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in us and our product to succeed. After several conversations, we came to the conclusion that it wouldn’t be the best fit for us at this time, but hopefully down the road we will work together when the timing aligns. While it didn’t work out at this moment, we can’t say enough good things about Scott and ISP. He still helped guide us in the right direction of where to start and truly wants to see us be successful which is something that’s rare to find. We would absolutely recommend ISP to anyone and we hope to work together in the future.
