Terrible quality. The boots I ordered had defective soles. When I reported the defect, they blocked me and don't respond to emails. Don't buy from them. They're scammers.
If I could give a 0 star I would.
I placed an order mid December 2025 and STILL my order hasn’t even shipped. I have been constantly emailing with little to no response. When they do respond they say it will ship and then they never do. It has been over 2 months and my shoes haven’t even shipped.
I want a refund! I even tried calling the number on their website and it doesn’t go through.

Complete scam. Do not order from this company. Customer service does not reply to emails. I ordered on January 5th sent several emails after the 8-10 business days because I never received a tracking number on the shoes. Now I’m having a hard time getting a refund from them because I paid for them on Affirm. Now I have to pay back $400+ on a order that was never shipped.
I ordered shoes for $360 three months ago, and I've been misled about their delivery. I never received the shoes and now I'm struggling to get my money back. I'm extremely frustrated and will never use this service again. It's unacceptable to take my money without delivering the product.
These are my wife's go-to Italian heels for everyday use. The heel length and diameter are perfect, and the vamp offers great toe cleavage. The fit and comfort are exceptional. She weighs 120 pounds and can wear them all day without any issues.
I ordered on October 28th, and it has been a month with no tracking number for delivery. Communication has been minimal, and my request to update my delivery address was ignored. At this point, I suspect this is a scam operation that looks good on social media. Stay away if you want to keep your money and get your shoes.
