Review Time
It's June 15th, 2022, and I haven't had a single alert from IdentityForce since October of 2021 although I keep receiving constant reminders of seminars from them. I have their best plan however, I've had three attempts by unknown individuals trying to open credit cards in my name this year alone. I don't need seminars, what I need is protection and I'm not getting it. They are very efficient in charging my credit card on time, however, They really have no effect when it comes to protecting my identity. I canceled my membership today however, they refused to refund the bulk of my payment. The customer service rep told me when I called that she would refer me to a specialist that would call me within the hour. That was four hours ago and still no call. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a fraud case with the credit card company. Be aware that this company is excellent at taking your money and not much else.
I am not very good with computers and I enjoy having the option of speaking with a live person. I was connected with a very helpful lady who answered my questions and put my mind at ease. Thank you for having that kind of verbal support available.
