Attempted to switch to id and the app and log in are not fit for purpose, even when I had registered my eSim the log in recognized my name and number, and then in the next attempt did not recognize it!, so you cannot even access your account, a stressful situation, hopefully they will honor the 30 day cooling off period, AVOID!!!!!!!!!
I'm an ID mobile customer. They wrote to me to inform me of the upgrades that I am eligible to. On the same day I logged onto my account ... these upgrades are not offered, all I can opt for are more expensive deals. I will contact Ofcom to disclose these dishonest practices
