Been a customer for the past 2 years I must admit I was slightly worried about the service but ive never had an issue ive always had a signal so much so my daughter son in law and grandson have now switched to this provider my son in law was the last to last to make the move as he was still in contract until this month but he was forever saying to my daughter to put her hot-spot on as he never had a signal and he was with Vodafone I was used as a guinea pig but now we recommend them to everyone
NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!!!!!! BEEN A CUSTOMER LESS THAN 24 HOURS AND JUST SPENT 4 HOURS TRYING TO GET A SIMPLE QUERY DEALT WITH. CAN'T EVEN CANCEL AND WILL LOSE MY NUMBER BECAUSE OF THEIR STUPIDITY. SUFFER WITH SEVERE ANXIETY AND HAD 3 PANIC ATTACKS BECAUSE OF THE DISTRESS CAUSED NO ONE EVEN APOLOGISED. I DONT THINK THEY'RE PEOOLE I THINK THEY ARE AI BASED ON THE RESPONSES. FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. STICK TO KNOWN PROVIDERS EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE TWICE AS MUCH. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY DRAINEDFINALLY GOT A PAC CODE AND NOW THEY'RE TRYING TO CHARGE ME £150 FOR 1 DAY!! AS IT'S WITHIN THE STATUTORY 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD YOU WON'T SEE A PENNY OUT OF ME!!!!
Sokhana was so helpful and patient, I made the mistake of purchasing an eSIM rather than upgrading from my current plan to a sim only. Which caused me to panic, Sokhana helped enabling access for me to upgrade deals for sim only contract and that made the process easier.
