The website claims quick delivery within 2-3 days, which has not been fulfilled. A shipping label was created after 10 days, but the postal service has not received anything (I verified with them). They do not respond to emails! I've reported this issue. The customer support is incredibly poor. I would not recommend this service.
This is a legitimate site from which I've ordered multiple times and always received my items. However, there were some issues. In August, after placing an order, I received a confirmation and a notification that my label was being prepared. I expected to get a confirmation from the postal service soon after, but that didn't happen. A month later, my order finally arrived. During sales, their email server gets overwhelmed, and I’ve never received any support for inquiries. This is frustrating, but I have consistently received my orders over the last two years.
I've ordered from this service several times. There were issues with missing items before, but my last order never arrived. After contacting the postal service, I learned it was sent back to the sender, and I was advised to request a refund. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, I've had no help. As a single mother of three, this has made a tough time even harder. This order was over $300.

However, I ordered four vapes recently instead of my usual two and haven't received a confirmation email or any response after reaching out. Their customer service page also seems to be non-functional.
My first order was fine, but my second order was sent incorrectly and took over two weeks to arrive despite paying for Express Post. I've sent multiple messages over the last two months, and they haven't replied at all! I feel this site is a scam, as they initially seem reliable but then take your money without delivering.
