I paid $54 for a travel mug, but the part that holds the straw broke within three months. I contacted them for a replacement lid, as they advertise a 'lifetime warranty,' only to find out it's only valid for 60 days. They wanted me to pay for a new part. This is the worst product quality and warranty I have encountered.

While the company generally provides good service, the lids are poorly made. I own two 40 Oz cups, and both lids broke at the straw attachment point. They need to improve this aspect. When I inquired about a replacement, they charged an excessive price for a simple lid, which is frustrating.

They did send a replacement despite being out of warranty, but their response time is incredibly slow. After ordering a new mug, I requested no signature on delivery, yet they shipped it with one anyway. They really need to improve their customer service.
