Customer service claims are misleading

We were excited about their mugs, which is why we ordered some for Christmas gifts, but the packaging lacks any labeling, leaving us to guess the contents. I accidentally gifted a mug intended for my toddler and when I reached out to customer service, their response was unhelpful.

Misleading warranty and poor quality

I paid $54 for a travel mug, but the part that holds the straw broke within three months. I contacted them for a replacement lid, as they advertise a 'lifetime warranty,' only to find out it's only valid for 60 days. They wanted me to pay for a new part. This is the worst product quality and warranty I have encountered.

I couldn't find a way to ask for help regarding my can cooler. It includes a part that I can't locate online and I'm unsure how to use it. A quick phone call would have resolved this, but there’s no way to speak to a live person. I'm frustrated with companies that prioritize profits over customer relationships.

Green Shipping Protection is ineffective

Be wary of selecting the Green Shipping Protection, as it has proven useless against errors made by the company. I ordered two popular tumblers, but due to a shipping mistake, I've been told they're out of stock and must choose something else.

Long wait for my order

I ordered 48 items on November 24th, and as of December 18th, I still haven't received everything. After multiple emails, I was informed that only part of my order would ship today, while 16 items are delayed until next month. This has severely impacted my ability to provide Christmas gifts to my customers. I advise against purchasing from this company.

Lids are subpar

While the company generally provides good service, the lids are poorly made. I own two 40 Oz cups, and both lids broke at the straw attachment point. They need to improve this aspect. When I inquired about a replacement, they charged an excessive price for a simple lid, which is frustrating.

Terrible customer service experience

This company has some of the worst customer service I've encountered. Although they produce quality mugs, I faced issues with chipping paint. They did send a replacement despite being out of warranty, but their response time is incredibly slow. After ordering a new mug, I requested no signature on delivery, yet they shipped it with one anyway. They really need to improve their customer service.

The customer service is appalling, making it nearly impossible to reach a real person. I purchased two expensive children's cups that broke within two months. They advertise a '5-year warranty' but seem unwilling to honor it.
