I've been a dedicated customer of the brand since its initial launch in select retail locations. Years later, the company introduces a new product and promotes it on various platforms, including those accessible to Canadian subscribers. Unfortunately, the product is not available in Canada.

Promising Start, Recent Issues

Initially, I found the products to be innovative and high-quality, which made me a loyal customer. However, recent changes have been disappointing. The new packaging for the body wash is hard to grip, and I’ve stopped using it. The foam shave product feels wasteful due to its inconsistency. I've gone back to the original blades and handles for a better, more cost-effective shave. Despite my complaints, I have not received any feedback.

Innovative Start, Disappointing Changes

At first, I was impressed by the outstanding and innovative products, which made me a regular customer. However, the recent changes have been disappointing. The new body wash packaging is hard to grip for smaller hands and falls off my shower shelf, so I've stopped using it. The foam shave product is a waste, as its inconsistency leads me to throw it away prematurely. I've returned to the original blades and handles for a smoother, longer-lasting, and more affordable shave. I've shared my concerns, but I haven't received any response.

Weird Experience with Shaving

I had a strange experience with this product as it cut my nose. The design is too bendy, requiring multiple passes over the same area. I would recommend sticking to a traditional option.

Original Razor Love, But the Plus Disappoints

I adore my original razor, but the new Plus version is quite disappointing. It's uncomfortable to use, and while they emphasize its 'weight,' I see no real benefit. It feels like a money grab with the new design. I'm returning mine along with all the blades due to this marketing misstep.

I'm wondering what has happened to the customer service. There's no phone number or chat option, just email, which isn't great for resolving issues. I ordered two handles and blades, but only the blades arrived, along with some unsolicited shaving gel. Now I'm stuck waiting for a response after sending multiple emails with screenshots.

Best Shave I've Ever Had!

Despite some mixed reviews, I decided to try the Plus razor. With my eczema flare-ups, shaving has been a nightmare, but this razor has been a game changer for me. The handle is perfectly weighted, the blades don’t clog, and the foaming gel provides a smooth shave. After trying many razors, this one stands out as the best for me, and it's very reasonably priced.

Communication Issues with Orders

I ordered on December 7th, and although it shipped the next day, it was supposed to arrive by the 13th. That date passed without any delivery. It's now the 16th, and despite emailing several times, I’ve only received vague responses about the delay. I'm very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.
