Review Time
I received the dress today & I like it very much but I was sent the wrong size. I ordered an XL (extra large size 12) but I received a Small. I want to exchange it for the correct size. I am waiting for a response from Customer service. I do not think I should have to pay for shipping since I was sent the wrong size. Thank you.
My package was lost in the mail and not delivered (. . . yet, we are still waiting at 6 weeks). I contacted Iktops and requested that they re-send the item or provide a refund and they chose a refund. This is so thoughtful. Mail problems are not the fault of the business nor of the purchaser; yet they stepped up immediately. Now I I can re-order when I wish. Throughout the process, they were fast to respond, generous and kind. Five stars!
