Once connected with real representatives who answered my questions thoroughly, it was a great experience. I'm not fond of the automated responses, but at least they are transparent about it. The shoes are fantastic, super comfy, and well-designed. My mum loves her tulip shoes, and my flip-flops are incredibly comfortable. I will return in the future. Thank you!
The company responded with a standard 'sorry to hear' message and asked me to reach out. I did send photos but never heard back, which felt like a waste of time. I bought a jacket for my wife, who wears it occasionally. Upon wearing it with the hood up, I noticed significant fading where it was covered. I expected better quality considering the price, and I'm very disappointed.

It’s frustrating, especially since I don’t have a receipt as it was a present from my late mother.
