I had a mixed experience with this store. My first visit left me very impressed with the customer service; a friendly and helpful staff member encouraged me to make a purchase. However, my second visit was entirely different. When I returned recently, the same staff member at the reception ignored me completely. She didn't greet me and went straight to the back, leaving me waiting on the shop floor, which felt rude and unprofessional. Although a couple of male staff members were present, only one helped me after a long wait, and he barely communicated. I purchased a few items, expecting them to be ready for collection later. Upon returning, another female staff member was professional and friendly, but the items hadn't been altered as promised. I left feeling uneasy about the whole experience. Later, when I sought a refund for two items that never left the store, the same staff member who had ignored me handled it poorly. She was dismissive, called the manager, started the paperwork, and walked away. I am still waiting for the company to approve the refund, despite the items never leaving the store. Due to the repeated rudeness and inconsistent service, I have decided not to return or recommend this store. Customer service is crucial, and I found another store where staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming.

I had a disappointing experience concerning the return policy. After purchasing two suits in-store, I bought the same ones online, leaving me with duplicates. I was surprised to learn that in-store purchases could only be refunded with vouchers, while online purchases are refunded directly. This inconsistency is frustrating. My attempts to resolve this with customer service yielded no flexibility or understanding. For a brand that claims to be premium, this is unacceptable. I will reconsider shopping here in the future.
