Hi,I purchased a Scorpion exhaust from CLP AUTOMOTIVE in Sheffield at a very competitive price compared to other online retailers.It arrived after a few days. Fortunately, the exhaust fitter advised me before opening it that the exhaust would be a bit too noisy for my wife’s car. So, I decided to return it.I emailed CLP and informed them about the return. I was very grateful to the sales team for their amazing assistance in guiding me on how to return my order.They were very kind and helpful. I sent the item back using my courier. The item arrived at their premises in a few days. I received an email shortly informing me that I was fully refunded I am very pleased with CLP Automotive, the way they handled my return, and I most certainly would recommend this company for their competitive prices and outstanding customer service.

CLP Automotive was recommended to our business by a couple of other companies we trade with, and they have not failed to meet the expectations we were promised!We spoke with a very helpful chap on the phone today, regards purchasing an Akrapovic exhaust system for one of our vehicles we're currently working on, and he went above and beyond ! Nice chap just useless with…

Nice chap just useless with communication, very little to no updates unless I chased. Also gave a lead time of 2 weeks for the discs which ended up being 3 weeks, again I had to chase.I also purchased some bearings from Dan which I didn’t actual need in the end so shipped them back and he accepted the return and confirmed receipt yet has not replied to emails since and still not refunded. Pretty poor really.

20 hour order to postage turnaround!!!!
