Review Time
I ordered boots back in March or April and just received them in September. They were for my 15-year-old son, and they fit tightly. I can't tell if it's because his feet have grown or if they weren't made to the correct size. We had requested a larger size since his feet are still growing. We expected the boots in 6 weeks, not 7 months. I'm hesitant to return them, fearing it might take another 7 months for replacements.
I'm saddened to write this negative review as I had high hopes for this company. After waiting 7 months, I finally received the boots, but I don't believe they were made according to my foot scan. My feet are half a size different, yet the insoles are identical. The fit is uncomfortable, both with and without socks. I've removed the foot insert and it doesn't match the shape of my feet at all. I wouldn't recommend this company or their so-called 'custom-made' boots. It's unfortunate because I had high expectations. The quality is also disappointing for the price.
