Review Time
Initially a good experience but more recently I have had to fight to get Inboxpounds to credit me for goals I had reached (within the time etc). They do everything possible not to credit larger amounts!Whenever I raise a ticket an automatic request for more info is sent. This is the info I have already sent. Despite resending my query is ignored.I have lost several credits which I worked hard for just because Inboxpounds ignore my query.Not recommended.
Personally for me I have found that sadly this app has gone downhill a bit it doesn't have some of the shops that used to have which are the ones I used to shop in it's said it was gonna get Amazon and on there getting on a year ago and it's still isn't on there it took you bear away and I do a lot of shopping on there the shops that are left on there I don't really use also the emails they used to send you you used to get like 0.001p her email that you opened up when in and had a look at but you don't get that no more either so for somebody like me because they've taken down the shops that I used to shop in and they haven't added the shop that they stated they were going to add it's just an upset in there doing nothing at the moment for me which is a shame because it would have been a five-star review otherwise. Before all this whilst I could use it it was a great app it's laid out nice and easy so you can find everything so that's still good you don't have to build up too much money before you can cache out so that's still good and the way that you can get paid is still okay that's the only reason I've given it two stars otherwise it would have none because as I said it was a really good app but the shops left I don't use and the shops that they said we're going to be added whenever added so sadly I cannot give this a good review any more which saddens me because I used to really like this app.
