I ordered this product for my mother, she decided she didn't want it. I notified the Rep Irene- Ilene 954-773-6697. I told her I cancelled this order and was charged twice, 250.00 then they charged my account another 400.00. I called the Customer rep above, she said I was not her problem. Very Rude not helpful and shouldn't be in this field. I am requesting a refund for the headache this company is causing
