I have been playing games tru Inboxpounds and everything has been great,variety of games and the payout. Just now one game I've spent a lot of time and money,and it still doesn't showing up for pending.Ive tried to contact customer service,but they didn't come back to me. Very disappointed.

Paid quickly and a good selection of pay to play games. Surveys are hit and miss though. I get disqualified for more than 80% of them but only after spending 10 minutes answering questions

Interesting variety of surveys.

Been with this site on and off for a few years now and they send a variety of surveys to keep me occupied. I hope to continue with them as they are usually interesting and fun to take part in.

Unable to access surveys

I’ve been with inbox for many years but recently it has stopped me being able to access the surveys yet I still have rewards Unclaimed. Why is this?

WHAT JUST HAPPENED?

I've been doing surveys , searches ( now disappeared) for at least 5 years and now have to earn £13.00 instead of £10.00 to be able to claim a £10 voucher. As a result it took several weeks to earn enough for a £10 voucher. Then on claiming it, my account was for some reason suspended. I contacted them and after several days I received an e-mail requesting proof of my existence. I explained I was a disabled pensioner who was not that tech savvy and could not action their request. I felt their reply didn't take in to account how I've been loyal to them for so long. So I have a suspended account I can't unlock and have lost a £10.00 Tesco Voucher. And it seems, nobody cares. If I'd been more tech savvy all might have returned to normal. Once of a day I'd have given a 5 star review but today it's just the one star and that's only because I couldn't give no stars. End of rant!
