Review Time
Contacted them via their web site and my request didn't go through. Called their number but was routed to Business Class .com Something doesn't feel right and they couldn't answer why they have the same phone number. Anyone else have this experience? update: I called the number provided by Budget Elite Travel (it was the same number I originally called). Received a call back from Budget Elite Travel. I asked about the connection regarding Business-Class.com and was told that some of their operators work for that company. I gave my info again and am waiting for a response.
This was an amazing experience when I booked. Afterwards, there was little or no responses to my emails over pre checking as we were told not to do it ourselves as the ticket could be invalidated. Flight time on my return from Cairo was two hours off without receiving any updated information. No response at all about pre check on my return flights.
The process was too complex and never fully explained. Ultimately, I got the reservation that I wanted but the process was more painful than needed. Others will have to evaluate if saving a little money on a business class seat is worth it.
