The alpaca plushies are great and soft, i have six because I’m soooo obsessed with them. I love that you can put accessories on it as well, and makes them so cuteeee it’s the highest quality alpaca toy out there with real alpaca wool and ethically sourced. A absolute win win!
This company is dishonest and uses false advertising to trick the customers.The tag on your alpaca toys reads "92% alpaca wool" but it is, in fact, alpaca pelt and not wool. Why? Because they're afraid that the negative connotation associated with fur would prevent them from selling their products. When the fans found out, after a lot of confusion, they asked for a public announcement to clarify the matter, but Inkari replied that they wouldn't communicate for fear that it would drive future customers away! Not to mention that these toys, made with animal skin, are advertised for small children too.Now about other products. The blankets are only made with 30% alpaca wool, and the socks aren't much better. Not to mention that the slippers don't last long-- you only have to wear them for a few weeks for the fur to come off.While I appreciate the efforts made to support small artisans and provide cruelty-free products, I cannot recommend a company that lacks transparency and purposefully hides information to its (future) customers.
I was giftet an inkari alpaca by my own choice by my husband. The website was easy to use and the delivery was fast!Only 5 business days from their shop in the Netherlands to our doorstep in Denmark!😊It was simply love at first sight with my new inkari alpaca! They are so soft, fluffy and simply cute to look at 😊Would recommend this site to other people.

Absolutely terrible customer service . I ordered a poncho which they said has been delivered but I haven’t received it . No replies to emails to try a d sort out the issue . Very dissatisfied and will never order from them again !
