Review Time
I had a very unsatisfactory experience. I spent around $300 on various items, and several products arrived without essential parts. When I reached out to the support team, I was informed that replacements would be dispatched, but even after more than 10 days, nothing has arrived. This company seems to act merely as a middleman, lacking genuine accountability for quality or fulfillment. The quality of the products is subpar compared to the price, which is surprisingly high. Given what I paid, I anticipated much better materials and service. Honestly, you can find superior products for less on other platforms, with quicker delivery and simpler return processes. I will not be ordering from them again.
I ordered the wrong item the first time (there was nothing wrong with it, but wasn’t exactly what I needed) and the customer service was very helpful and got the correct product to me. We like the profile of the lights – they aren’t bulky and the cords are thin, not like the old ones we had that looked like regular extension cord thickness. Very happy with the product and the customer service.
Purchased six overpriced shelving light fixtures and they only included two power supplies. While multiple lights fixtures can be connected to one power supply, that wasn't possible in my case since each of the six fixtures were installed in separate rooms. I reached out to them and they refused to send additional power supplies, so now I'm left with four useless ($440) light fixtures.
Do not buy from them. Their customer service is terrible. I bought 3 different under cabnet lights and they only gave me 1 transformer and 1 on/off switch. Their site specifically says you get everything even if purchasing only 1 light. They told me more than once it would be wasteful if they gave more than 1 per order. I told them it is wasteful having multiple lights in different rooms that now can't be used.
I bought a pair of down pants. They were not as advertised in the listing. Not even close.I have had to reach out multiple times to get any help. They claimed I would get a refund when I sent them back. I am way past the window of when they said I might expect a return. I have a tracking number to prove the return.I will never order anything from this company again. It is a scam website with crappy goods. Shame on me for not doing my research before ordering. Trustpilot 2 star rating says it all!
I have purchased numerous (5 orders) lighting products (not available anywhere else) and all my orders were shipped and delivered on time, Orbisfy's customer service was prompt and helpful and kept me informed. Orbisify is a good source for unique products, I can highly recommend them.
DO NOT ORDER from this company. Placed an order and they claim to have delivered. No order received and they refuse to do anything even through I have video footage from the date of the claimed delivery showing no delivery made. I have filed a complaint with my state AG and encourage you to do so if you been scammed by this place.
