08-21-2023: Follow-up—I HAD MY PHONE CHECKED TODAY BY MY PHONE PROVIDER’S TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SPECIALIST. That is how I know that my phone is virus free and thatit has not been hacked. I’m dealing with just plain credit card number thieves from somewhere.I have seen photos of the Innovato Designs product; it appears to be very pretty and the gift recipient is very happy with it. I have not shared the subsequent financial problems that have been caused to me as a result of purchasing this lovely gift. It would cause her to dislike it and I don’t want that to happen.I have been unsuccessful in attempts to contact Shopify.The Credit Card Account in question has been closed.All I know for certain is that the credit card information I used for this purchase was somehow stolenand used to fraudulently purchase tools and building materials from multiple businesses across the USA.Re: Vermont. That is on me. I stopped reading the Company address after the letters VT.I have no issues with Bulgaria.As far as I am concerned this is a closed situation. I have done all I can do.Respectfully,

I ordered a set of rings and they turned out to be of bigger sizes. I contact the company for exchange, but instead they were replaced without an extra charge. Only paid for the shipping. That was absolutely great service. The rings are beautiful and I love them.
