Ordered a Stirling silver opal frog necklace. This isn’t opal, it’s plastic with bits of glitter in it. Sent two email requesting a refund, no reply as yet, I’m hoping this will trigger a response.

Ring i brought was nit same as english size .. didnt look as did in picture and when i needed to return told had to be sent back to bulgaria 8.75 .i am not at all impressed

Misleading Returns Policy: International Shipping

I purchased a hat for an event. While the hat quality was as expected, it arrived too late. The REFUND POLICY is very MISLEADING due to required returns shipment to an international address in Bulgaria. The product was distributed from Doral, FL USA. :(
