Ordered a necklace on 9th November. Tracking information was provided but the last update was eight days ago saying it had cleared customs and was with Royal Mail. No further update. I know Royal Mail can be slow but I would expect some sort of update. I will of course update this review if the necklace ever arrives.

My 1st package was damaged when I received it. There was a hole in the package and there was no ring! I immediately reached out to customer service and showed them photos and let them know what happened. I waited for my second package to confirm which item I received. Informed customer service of which item I received and which was lost. They immediately sent the original item out again! I received it the second time without question.
