I recently experienced the loss of my cat of 15 years, which left me heartbroken. Our vet kindly took paw prints for us, prompting me to search for options to have my cat's paw print made into jewellery as a keepsake. After browsing several websites and reading reviews, I decided to go with one particular service.
I am so pleased I chose this service, as the jewellery I received is beautiful. I ordered a heart charm for my bracelet featuring my cat’s paw print, along with a lovely heart necklace that includes her paw print and an inscription of her birth and death dates on the back. I can even place some of her ashes inside, allowing me to carry her memory with me.
I also got my husband a bookmark with her paw print, since he doesn’t wear jewellery, but it serves as a meaningful keepsake for him. My mother liked my necklace so much that I ordered one for her as well!
I can't recommend this service enough; the ordering process was simple, and delivery was impressively quick, taking just 4-5 days. Everything arrived beautifully presented and packaged. I’m truly grateful I chose this service, and I will cherish my pieces forever.

The pictures on the website showcase the personalized photo charm in great detail, yet the charm I received is merely an outline of the individuals, making them unrecognizable. This was meant to be a special gift for my sister's 30th birthday in memory of our late parents, and it feels quite sad and disappointing. I appreciate the response and understand that I may have accidentally selected the wrong charm.

I ordered the necklace that was in stock, only to be informed of a delay. I didn’t mind this initially, but I had to email for an update to learn that the birthstones were not available. I changed my order to a star, but then received another email stating that the necklace itself was out of stock. After a helpful phone call, I decided to wait for the birthstone and necklace to be restocked. I later received an email saying it was on its way, but upon arrival, the quality of the silver star necklace did not meet my expectations for the price.
My bracelet just arrived in the mail, and it is absolutely beautiful. 🥰 The engraving is perfect and captures my mum's handwriting flawlessly.
