i have been with studio for about 35yrs and i have spent hundreds and hundreds of pounds especially around xmas time
but, since its been taken over by frasers etc the great value prices have went crazy. All the bargains throughout the year have dissapeared. the cost for sending the items has went triple the price and to be honest ive spent very little in studio which im sure you could see by me account number etc
Studio why are you charging customer for delivery and Using EVRI without giving us a choice EVRI has failed to attend property. You have a responsibility to give paying customers a choice or identity a courier service which is a failure or non-trust worthy like EVRI . As you continue to use this Evri service and i have not received my last 3 orders. You are foolish because now you have lost my custom. Please refund all delivery fees ×3 you picked EVRI and they know they are banned from delivering to my property because of there deceitful conduct but do not inform you about they tactics on the ground.
I tried to contact Studio, got the chat bot which was useless. I asked to speak with an advisor who was rude. I closed the chat and there is no phone number for you.
This is unusual for Studio, I have been a customer for years. I just wanted to contact someone about the item that arrived was not the one I ordered. Got nowhere. Very disappointed.
I've been a customer for many years and appreciate the great prices. However, the delivery fees and the £5 return cost are drawbacks. I ordered an XL hoodie on sale for £18.99, but received an XXXL instead. Returning it cost me £5, which felt unfair since it wasn't my mistake. I requested a refund but was denied.
Placing an order was straightforward, but returning items was a nightmare. There's no mention of return charges unless you delve into the returns section. While the delivery information states that you can return for a full refund, it fails to indicate any costs. Expect an additional £10 on top of the delivery charge when purchasing. I will think twice before ordering again. Additionally, I encountered issues with the return process, being informed that I was out of the return window just five days after delivery.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the worst experience with any company. I ordered personalized holiday items on December 12th, right before the cut-off date. I received confirmation that my items would arrive by December 18th, which sounded great! However, the 18th came and went without any delivery. I tried contacting their customer support and only received automated responses stating they were too busy to assist, but no one ever followed up. Eventually, one of my emails was addressed after Christmas, and I was told my order had finally shipped. By that time, it was December 28th, and I had already bought replacements elsewhere, so I returned the items on the same day. I later received a message stating the return was not accepted due to personalization, and that was the final word. I strongly advise against ordering from them. They can send countless marketing emails but fail to respond to customer inquiries—clearly, they need to reassess their priorities.
I have enjoyed shopping with the service for many years. However, since the recent changes to my account management, my experience has not been positive. The new invoice layout is confusing, and I can't track my spending effectively. Additionally, I no longer have the option to make extra payments to reduce my balance more quickly. I feel like I’ve lost control over my account. I would appreciate the return of my account management to the previous setup.
I would give no stars if possible. I spoke with a representative over the phone regarding an issue with a holiday gift I had purchased earlier. The representative was rude, swore at me, and insisted there was no one else I could speak to, telling me to just "deal with it." This level of customer service is unacceptable.
Orders were handled swiftly, but the delivery service was disappointing. On day three, the so-called couriers arrived late. I will avoid any company that uses them in the future, as they are quite unprofessional. Simple instructions were ignored; it was supposed to be left at my neighbor's doorstep! My large order arrived looking damaged, and I have pictures to back this up.
