They were catching on her clothes and blankets, and at first I was really disappointed because communication seemed to have stopped after I reached out about an exchange.However, the company recently followed up with me and explained that my emails hadn’t gone through. They were extremely kind and immediately offered to send out a new pair of earrings along with a free return label for the old ones. I really appreciate that they took the time to make things right and provided great customer service. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters!
