I purchased a product that overheated and melted. I contacted customer service by email, and they initially requested proof of purchase, which I provided, well within the warranty period. However, they stopped responding to my emails. After posting my review, a manager reached out to apologize for the lack of communication and offered a replacement or refund. Since I had already bought a replacement, I chose a refund. Later, they emailed me asking to delete the review, and I informed them I would only edit it after receiving the refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any further responses or the refund.
