The team was very knowledgeable in arranging our tailor-made trip. Their recommendations were excellent, especially the ryokan stays. The instructions provided were also very clear. The only downside was the flight booking; we were seated separately and couldn’t change seats on the airline. I would consider using the service again.
Inside Japan was so helpful before and during my trip. Before they helped make my perfect trip as a solo traveler and prepare me for my first travel abroad. I asked a ton of questions and all got answered completely and with timeliness. While I was there any concern I had was answered quickly. They were even able to get me TEAM LAB tickets last minute. It was an amazing trip where I got to meet people who were professionals in their field and do one on one classes on many things. I would do this again in a heartbeat.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Everything went smoothly, from the lovely hotels to the delicious food, making for a fantastic overall experience. The kayak journey near Hiroshima was a highlight. Thank you for organizing everything so well.
The Northern Soul tour went well. I have no major complaints. We were fortunate to have a fantastic tour leader, great fellow travelers, and pleasant weather. In the small towns we visited, fish was a common breakfast option, which I’m not used to, so I sought out Western breakfast alternatives. I can manage fish for lunch and dinner, but breakfast is a different story for me. Others in the group adapted without issue. It’s all about embracing the local culture, which I need to work on.
