We toured Northern Italy with arrangements by Inight Guides. The experience was great. All hotels were wonderful, guides were knowledgeable and helpful, and arrangements for transportation to our destination cities were perfect. The entire trip was worry-free and totally enjoyable.
Needs updating. Eg visiting hours for Peoples Palace, and Primaverri Palace (Ceaucescu family home) - major Buchatest sights not described properly. We found a more useful map and took advice from hotel reception, then decided to leave the book behind in our hotel room.
I'm really happy to have bought an insight Guides' guide and to have discovered this new service. Insight Guides organised my trip to Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras and Belize. It was organised through their contacts in those countries. It was only organised a couple of months before it took place. The trip was amazing. All the transfers in all countries worked like clockwork. The hotels were perfect. The tours were well thought out. The trip was a month long and was the trip of a lifetime. Thank you Insight Guides for making it perfect. I will definitely use you again.
Everything about the trip was amazing. Camino Travel was our local tour company -- they were organized, personable and went the extra mile. Zip lining in Monteverde was a highlight as was kayaking and snorkeling in Manuel Antonio. Transport was always on time and got us safely to our next destination. Can't say enough about how great the trip was!
Great and reliable travel assistanceI booked our whole 14 days vacation in Sri Lanka through Insight Guides / Exemplary Voyages and the arrangements really succeeded all my expectations. From day 1 Umesha answered really quickly and took care of all my questions, making me feel very welcome to their country. The suggestions she made for the trip was good and the pace of the programme was relaxed with not too much action put into each day. Driving around Sri Lanka takes surprisingly much time so after spending 5,5hrs in the car you don't want the evening filled with other attractions.The only thing we were a bit surprised with was the car she had booked for the week we were going around the island. It was a seven seater, and there was six of us, so we had to have luggage inside the car on the spare seat. The car was not so comfortable anyway, nothing compared to the brand new car that picked us up at the airport and drove us to Hikkaduwa. But aside from this hick-up, everything else was top notch!
