At the time of payout, the payout was rejected and Account was closed by saying that you have gambled?For a moment, think that if someone has violated rules, then close his account at that time.Why waste his time when he can't get a payout?And they give new account as a "GOODWILL GESTURES"I want payout not, a another account for your good review!You don't want to pay that's why, keep making excuses.
I've heard worse experience the past two weeks with IF I've been getting this message "you've been blocked" and I can't access my account and let alone the numerous replies from website customer support of " write an email to support" not helping at all....constantly sending me replicated replies probably from a chatbot while they can't give me any conclusion...I'm pissed rn, either activate my dashboard or send a termination email so I can find another prop firm.
I had a very disappointing experience with Instant Funding. Despite successfully completing the evaluation, my withdrawal request was denied due to claims of "suspicious IP activity." They accused me of changing IPs or sharing access, which I absolutely did not do. I only used my home and work internet, both of which are private and secure.I followed all trading rules and terms carefully and have proof of my compliance. Still, the company refused to release my profits or provide clear evidence for their claims. It feels like they were looking for any excuse not to pay.In my opinion, this raises serious questions about their credibility. I would advise others to proceed with caution before trusting Instant Funding with their time and effort.
Horrible experience.I was denied a payout on their IF Micro program, with them alleging I was sharing IP addresses, which was preposterous. The one they claimed to match with mine was months old, when I didn't even have an account with them. I tried to reason with them that sometimes some mobile carriers reuse IP addresses, something as simple as that could be found out through researching online. But they did not listen to any logic and denied my payout. I then saw on their Discord, X and here on Trust Pilot that many people were being denied payouts for fake and false reasons. Lots of red flags on their payout denials, they are clearly scamming people out of payouts.They also changed their rules after launching a program, for which major discounts were given, lots of advertising was done and many people including myself bought those accounts, and were then informed of rule changes which made the program untenable for most. That's another red flag. Their rating has fallen from 4.5 to 3.5 within 1 month, so clearly there is some shady going ons. I reached out to their CEO, risk managers, and other people in charge but none of them had the sense to reply and take care of a problem their customer was having. Well the customers have spoken out now and are speaking out how Instant Funding is scamming people. Stay away from this firm.
