I have a 25k account, and I lost $900 in one day. My daily loss limit is $1000, which means I still had $100 left. I was surprised that my account was closed for no reason. When I contacted support, this is what they told me:“After reviewing your trading activity, we confirmed that the breach was triggered under the Gambling and Excessive Risk rule. This rule states that risking or losing more than the allowed percentage of your account balance in a single trade idea is considered gambling and results in a hard breach.”Honestly, these rules make no sense. This company scams traders indirectly. No one should deal with them, because even if you reach the minimum withdrawal, they will claim that you are gambling.
This is my 4th challenge with them and they are always transparent and spot on with the process with no error at all. I love instant funding because they are not charging anything extra for Ctrader platform, like others who charge $20 USD with same money I can buy one more challenge only thing indont like as a gold trader their 35% consistency rule, which is incredibly hard to maintain that rule with gold volatility but if you make it they will pay out that is for sure .
