The flavors and clean ingredients relative to others makes Instant Hydration the only electrolyte powder I use in my drinks. Crazy how much better I feel after I drink it most days.
I really enjoyed the products and the subscription was very easy to pause and edit. I started off with ordering the MVP bundle on subscription. Towards the end of the month, I still had a decent amount of product so I went in and pushed the delivery date back for my next order.
I wanted to change my monthly subscription flavor 2xs in the past 3 months. Both times I reached out by email and both times I was assisted in making the change. Now I have clearer direction in how to make the change myself within the product site. My only real complaint is that My OG subscription was for Raspberry, and while I enjoy it I don't think I could drink it every month- for a year! That's why I change it monthly.
It would be great if there was a way I could automatically pick my flavors for Each Month ahead of time so they would automatically arrive without me manually changing it before my next order.
Also, if the variety box had More than 12 sticks. More practical would be a months supply variety box. As long as it's priced the same as a month if a single flavor- I'd buy that Every Month!
You don't eat 1/same food every day for a month, do you? (Maybe you do, I don't).
Overall, my experience has been good. I like the products, use them nearly every day. More variety would get 5 stars from me.

Avoid ordering from this fraudulent service. There is no option to cancel your subscription, despite claims that you can do so anytime. YOU CANNOT, and they will not assist you. You will need to close your account with your credit card. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
