Our tech, Matt A. is amazing to work with. He's quick to respond and resolves issues as much as possible. Only reason I can't give them five stars is for the number of times people have cloned our number and thus call back from "missed calls from us" that aren't from us.Call clarity and ease of remote access is fantastic!
I was with them for a few years. Service is very mediocre. Prices are very high. Would not recommend them. I moved to a different provider at a much lower cost and with much better service.Update after response from Intermedia:I tried to work with you on your pricing but you didn’t budge. Also, when a client asks for something to be done, your staff should create the ticket. Don’t make the client open a ticket and go through all the screens. I, as a client, am unfamiliar with your internal systems. Your staff should be trained and be able to do it in a fraction of the time.
